Love + Leather has teamed up with Nylon Magazine to sell a few select one-of-a-kind leather statement necklaces online in the NYLON shop! Nylon is an American magazine that focuses on pop culture and fashion. What a perfect match!  Among some of the celebrities that have been featured on its cover are Pretty Little Liars star, Lucy Hale & Glee's Lea Michele as well as rocker Gwen Stefani!

Love + Leather has also teamed up with Nicole Sereda, blogger for Running In Wedges.  Nicole recently started an online clothing shop called American Gypsy Vintage. She shops all over New York City to bring you the best hand picked clothing, reconstructing pieces as she sees fit. The Orlando RAWards at the Abbey showcased so many great talents this past week!

Raw's Visual Artist of the Year nominee, Danielle Hein, was a huge hit with her mustaches on sticks. Bill Morrisey of Living Canvas Body Paint, Orlando Visual Artist of the Year winner, amazed attendees with his living canvas abstract artwork! Thuy Vi Gates won Orlando Photographer of the Year and Beth Vandal brought down the house with her amazing vocals, earning her the title of Orlando Musician of the Year.  Yours truly, Love + Leather, rocked the runway and won Orlando Accessories Designer of the Year! 

On December 3, 2012, the final winners in each category will be announced so cross your fingers for Love + Leather!

Brooklyn based blogger Nicole Alyse, the writer of the popular blog Running in Wedges, sets the mood for fall by layering up!

In her style post, Cabin Fever, she incorporates layer among layer of awesomeness, adding the perfect final layer to any outfit- Silver Mooned from Love + Leather.

    Los Angeles based stylist, Courtenay Brandt, isn't new to the scene. She toured with bands for 12 years. While traveling the world with the rock band Kings of Leon as their personal assistant, Brandt would often pull clothes for them or go shopping for them which allowed her access to designers, photographers and showrooms.

    After touring, she ended up making a transition into styling. Brandt has worked with Kelly Clarkson on her "Mr. Know It All" music video. She now uses her understanding of a musician's psyche & lifestyle to help her style her many rock star clients and make them look their best!

Love + Leather was seen down the runway during the second annual event, VOIR, produced by Studio|Couture.
Amazing Euro fashion from PlanetTogs & Cheero Citizen rocked the runway as the models, whose hair was styled by the Gary Lambert Salon,  rocked the latest Fall trends in eyewear from SEE! The leather & stone necklaces from Love + Leather perfectly complimented the ensembles!
Complimentary hors d’oeuvres by Truffles, Parisian desserts from Sweet Beginnings,  & mimosas compliments of Maxine’s on Shine were served throughout the night for all of the attendees.

Love + Leather recently participated in the Raw showcase "Ensemble" held at The Abbey. RAW:natural born artists is an independent arts organization that helps provide independent artists with the tools, resources and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity.  Each month they hand select local talent from all genres to showcase and Love + Leather was one of the talents showcased in September!

Necklaces from the Heart + Stone and Hard Wear collections marched down the runway to a rockin soundtrack mixed by local Orlando dj, DJ Parry (Eye Spy) and the legend himself, Dj Icey.  Hairstyles by Donia Kitsmiller of J. Bauman Salon.

Every Novemeber Raw:Natural Born Artists holds their annual RAWards. It's that time! The local winners in each category go on to compete for Artist of the Year in their category.
